How to Register

Registration Instructions

Please complete the attached registration form to compete in the Have Sum Fun Online Competition. Please use a separate form for each year level that wishes to compete.

• Year 5 = students turn 10 yrs old
• Yr6 = 11 yrs
• Yr7 = 12 yrs
• Yr8 = 13 yrs
• Yr9 = 14 yrs
• Yr10 = 15 yrs

Teams may include students from a lower year level.

Please post or fax the completed registration form together with cheque or credit card details to MAWA or email your registration details to office@mawainc.org.au and send payment to MAWA, PO Box 440, Mirrabooka, WA 6941 to arrive at least one week before the start of the competition.
